Hours:

This position requires 2
years of automotive title experience in a fast-paced dealership, professional appearance, general accounting experience along with excellent communication and organization skills, knowledge of Missouri and Illinois titling laws and filing requirements, proficiency with MS Word and Excel.
Experience with DealerTrack DMS is a plus.
Billing and capping deals is a strong plus.
Responsibilities:
Preparation of title and tax documents for registration after the sale Submission of all out of state registrations Maintain communication lines with customers regarding status of registration documents as well as communication with sales staff and management for missing documentation.
Prioritize and multitask to meet deadlines and requirements.
Other duties as assigned.
